Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you reserve access to AI Trading Fleet, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact: founder@bucephus.com.
What we collect
- Email address, when you reserve on the website or give it to our Telegram bot.
- Telegram chat ID, if you reserve through the Telegram bot.
- Reservation details: tier, deposit amount, payment status, timestamps, and the invoice reference from our payment processor.
- Invite codes issued to Syndicate members, and who redeemed them.
- Email preferences: how many reminders we've sent and whether you unsubscribed.
We do not collect wallet private keys, and we don't ask for exchange API keys until launch. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated signup attempts and is not stored.
Why we use it
- To create your reservation and confirm your payment.
- To send payment confirmations, up to seven reminders if checkout wasn't finished, and launch updates.
- To apply your deposit credit and discount at launch, and to handle refund requests.
Who processes it for us
- NOWPayments, for crypto checkout. Payments happen on their page under their privacy policy.
- Resend, for sending email.
- Telegram, if you use our bot.
- Cloudflare (website hosting) and Railway (application and database hosting).
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a small preference in your browser for one of its demos.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from reminder emails with the link in any email, or send
/stopto the Telegram bot. - Email founder@bucephus.com to see, correct, or delete your data. We keep payment records as long as needed for refunds, accounting and legal obligations.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll email reserved members.
